Minter has been active both in the business of production and research issues, dissemination and education. Began making video in the eighties and was rewarded in different circuits, then with others generated media projects as "The Hall of Desire at the Centro de la Imagen. Later, in the early nineties, conducted the first video workshops in the country at the Casa del Lago, and at the end of the decade up, in school, "La Esmeralda" National Center for the Arts, the video workshop where have graduated many artists today work with this format. Currently, in addition to further development projects such as the one presented in this exhibition, is also a participant in a research network to reconstruct the history of Mexican video art.
